  • 1/2 lb ground beef for mini burger patties or crumbled

  • 1 cup lettuce shredded, for garnish
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the frozen French fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
