- Spread the Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula, smoothing it out into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick. This creates a firm base once frozen.
- Wash and chop the berries into small pieces, then scatter them evenly over the yogurt, pressing them slightly into the surface.
- Drizzle honey generously over the top for sweetness and a glossy finish that will freeze beautifully.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and coconut flakes evenly across the surface, adding texture and flavor contrast.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least two hours, or until the yogurt is firm and completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and break the bark into rustic pieces using your hands or a sharp knife.
