Greek Yogurt Bark with Fresh Berries and Nuts

Greek Yogurt Bark is a chilled dessert made by spreading creamy Greek yogurt into a thin layer on a baking sheet, then topping it with vibrant fruits, nuts, and honey. Once frozen, it has a firm, crisp exterior with a soft, creamy interior, and can be broken into rustic pieces for serving. The result is a colorful, textured treat that combines smooth, crunchy, and juicy elements.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full-fat or plain non-fat
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey for drizzling
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes optional, toasted if desired

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Freezer

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, creating a smooth, even surface to spread the yogurt.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet using a spatula, smoothing it out into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick. This creates a firm base once frozen.
  3. Wash and chop the berries into small pieces, then scatter them evenly over the yogurt, pressing them slightly into the surface.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the top for sweetness and a glossy finish that will freeze beautifully.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts and coconut flakes evenly across the surface, adding texture and flavor contrast.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least two hours, or until the yogurt is firm and completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and break the bark into rustic pieces using your hands or a sharp knife.
  8. Serve immediately, allowing each piece to soften slightly at room temperature for a few minutes if needed.
