Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
  2. Slice the bagels horizontally in half to create 8 rounds, then arrange them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Using a spoon, spread about a tablespoon of tomato sauce onto each bagel half, covering the surface evenly.
  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over each sauce-topped bagel, creating a bubbly, cheesy base.
  5. If desired, add small bits of your favorite toppings—like slices of pepperoni, chopped basil, or caramelized onions—on top of the cheese for extra flavor and color.
