  • 2 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 large citrus zest from lemon or orange
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon citrus juice from lemon or orange

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
