- Add the frozen watermelon chunks, fresh lime juice, and salt to your blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, silken, and slightly fluffy, resembling a sorbet texture. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.
- Check the consistency; it should be creamy and soft, with no large watermelon pieces remaining.
- If desired, taste and adjust by adding a little more lime or salt for an extra zing.
- Scoop the sorbet into serving bowls or glasses, displaying its vibrant pink hue and inviting texture.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze for an additional 30 minutes if you prefer it firmer.
